Director's Biography:
Through cinema, painting and sculpture, not to mention calligraphy, writing and story telling, Nacer Khemir has thrown bridges between two shores, between the North and the South, the
East and the West. His literary work comprises a dozen publications and his production is still growing. His artistic work was the occasion of many exhibitions, at the Georges Pompidou Center, at the Museum of Modern Art in Paris.
He is also writer and producer of many films which won several international awards in festivals all around the world.
He was also honored several times for his artistic work.

She then realized a documentary, « Imams go to school » (2011), « Wooden Hand » (2013) her second short, and her first feature film « Challat from Tunis » (2014).

He directed his first short film in 2010, "Heading North." In March 2011 he co-directed a feature-film documentary, "Babylon", about the birth, life and death of a refugee camp in southern Tunisia following the massive exodus of people fleeing the Libyan conflict.
In 2012 he directed a second short film "The Depths".
